Programme Manager

6-Month Contract | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite Per Week) | Strong Daily Rate Available

I'm recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major digital transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.

Strong daily rate available.

You'll take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, governance, financial management, resource planning, and executive reporting across multiple projects and workstreams. This is a high-profile role requiring strong stakeholder management, risk and dependency oversight, and the ability to deliver clear reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong programme governance, planning, and delivery expertise
  • Experience managing significant budgets, financial forecasting, and resource planning
  • Excellent risk, issue, dependency, and change management skills
  • Executive and Board-level stakeholder engagement and reporting experience
  • Strong vendor and third-party management background
  • Knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, PMP, or similar methodologies

Bonus Experience:

  • CRM solution delivery experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce advantageous)
  • Consulting or Public Sector Body Experience
